Susan York, Author
While living on a houseboat in Northern California, Susan became so inspired by Meggie’s joyful, loving spirit, the magical qualities of the docks and their extraordinary setting that she completed her first children’s picture book and series. Susan continues to be inspired by the beauty and everyday magic that surrounds her. She is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. A Big Day for a Little Dog is the first story of her seasonal-based picture book series with Meggie’s continuing adventures.
